Journey back to the birthplace of coffee with our Ethiopia Natural. Sourced from the high-altitude Sidama Zone, these beans are grown by dedicated smallholder farmers at staggering elevations of up to 1,900 meters.

This coffee features indigenous Heirloom Cultivars and is processed using the traditional Full Natural method. The cherries are sorted by hand and dried slowly on raised beds, allowing the beans to absorb the maximum amount of sweetness and character from the fruit.

Behind the Bean: The "Natural" process means the coffee cherry is dried whole, which infuses the bean with its signature fruity acidity. In the Sidama region, this results in a cup that is often described as "wine-like" and incredibly sweet, representing one of the most sought-after flavor profiles in the specialty coffee world.
